31 Day Nail Art Challenge: Tiger Print Nail Art
It’s day two of the 31 day nail art challenge and my challenge for the day is to do a nail art using the colour orange!
This nail art is basically a tiger print done on an orange base coat..it looks very complex but is easy to do
Things you need:
3. Paint brush, should be very thin (I used 000 size)
4. Top coat
Step One: Do two coats of your orange nail polish and allow it to dry..I’ve used a peach-ish orange because I love this polish 😛 You can use a brighter orange or any shade of orange you like.
Step Two: Take a small amount of black nail polish on a plate so that its easier to dip your brush. The brush I have used here is a camlin 000.
Step Three: Make a long stroke from one end of you nail to the other. Apply more pressure when you start doing the stroke and lift your brush gradually when you reach the other end. It should look like a long thin triangle. Try to do it in a single stroke for a more uniform look.
Step Four: Make another stroke from the opposite side of the nail. In short you have to make a criss-cross pattern of long thin triangles.
It’s ok if you can’t do perfectly straight strokes( it’s not necessary). Also don’t leave too much space between two strokes.
Step Five: Apply top coat to protect your tiger print nail art
Products used for this nail art:
1.Florelle Easy Flo Nail Polish FL 241 – 713
3.Loreal color riche black swan nail polish.
Which animal print nail art do you like?
